Our Story
HireCharacter was founded in 2024 by a team of HR professionals, data scientists, and ethicists who recognized a critical gap in the hiring process.
While technical skills can be tested and references can be checked, character assessment remained subjective and unreliable. We saw too many companies damaged by hires who looked perfect on paper but exhibited poor judgment, discrimination, or worse in their public behavior.
